When the subject comes up we are asked if we are going to see the new movie? No, we have a long ways to go before we are ready for the movie...
For our trip to the lake Memorial Day, D got the kids Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone on audio book to listen to in the car. E and K have friends that are working their way through the series and D though that it might be good to expose our kids also.
Needless to say, they were hooked. After finishing the audio book, D challenged E to a race to see who could finish HP2 first. E won. I listened to it on my trip to St. Louis and am since then relistening to it with K and L as we drive around town. Meanwhile D and E are racing again, this time through HP3.
These days the kids are spending their time playing quiditch and casting spells. L is working hard at scrunching his forehead up just so that it looks like he also has a lightening bolt scar.
